Al vicolo pizza & birra in Munich

Great Italian pizza! IMHO the best pizza in Munich.

I'm not a big fan of new housing estates like the one in Domagpark, but I am delighted that the owners of Al Vicolo have found a new home there. Before that you had a delicious bakery in Milbertshofen. The ambience is not a design revelation but very cozy. The service is very good, quick and calm. Now to the food: I have rarely seen a larger selection of pizzas. The offer is Italian through and through, no fashion pizzas like barbecue, chicken or the like. My big tip is the Campionessa, the tastiest pizza in the world, with mozzarella, bacon, walnuts and olives. Delicious. In addition to pizza, there are also meat dishes and of course pasta. The price of the pizza starts at around 10 euros, which is a little above average. There are 2 sizes, at least at noon: 29 and 33cm. Good Appetite!

Very tasty pizza. We were particularly enthusiastic about the Menta - even if the combination sounds like getting used to.

Had spaghetti Aglio Olio, very tasty, unfortunately a little too much oil ..

The pizza once tasted quite good here, Now it doesn't taste good anymore, that's why we don't order pizza, and I also find both owners unfriendly ... I think it's a shame that the quality is not maintained here. We're going to losteria now, everything fits!

Wide variety of pizza to choose from. Pizza was very good, truly an Italian place. I can also recommend the pasta and the wine.

Nice place, great pizzas and a lot of choice. There is also a lunch menu at good prices. Food was delicious and very friendly staff!

I found the pizza not bad for being in Germany. The place is quiet in the middle of houses.

The waitresses are very friendly and attentive. The selection of pizzas is really very large. Almost overwhelming. The courtyard has a cozy atmosphere and if you don't go there at midday during the week, the service is quick too. I almost gave it 5 stars. But personally, the pizzas should have tasted better for me. During the Corona period, the hygiene measures were very important and everything was fine. Top Pizzaria, I can recommend it. :)

Very good food! Fair prices and nice service! Here the Italian chef is still behind the pizza oven and his wife serves the guests and stands behind the bar. As you would like a real Italian to be happy ... again!

Avoid the lasagna - I had it yesterday and it did not stay long with me - not sure what was in it - loads of tomato sauce for sure but very neutrally spiced with just a bit of cheese and hardly any meat.

Good pizza with wide variety available. The service is slow during rush hours. Card payments only for more than 15€.

Food was good, bit too cold though. Service was very slow, not really friendly and not professional. Drink dispatch in 15+ minutes, food came for like half of the group and 10 minutes later for the rest, one order was wrong.

The pizzas and charcuterie boards here are top notch. Good prices for a good value. A real hidden gem in the neighborhood where we live. We have never needed a reservation as there were always multiple open tables. If you’re in the area give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.

Best Italian for a long time. Very good pizza and pasta at very fair prices with really good quality. We were already tired after the very delicious starter. So you should come with great hunger. I can only recommend.

The best pizza in Munich. In Bavaria too and I traveled a lot to Germany and that is by far the best pizza. Really never eaten such a good pizza. If I could I would also give 10 stars. A very nice Italian family with a few workers who are also very nice. The pizza chef the chef from the restaurant is simply top the chef also just great and the waiter just great fun makes everything right so I could not complain at all in this restaurant.

One of the best pizzas I have had in Munich. The pizzaiolo and owner Giancarlo is an artist, he really knows what he is doing when it comes to pizza! Best ingredients and a great variety of pizzas. Pasta is delicious too. 100% autentico italiano!

Nice restaurant with fair prices and good food. Especially nice to sit outside in the summer. Unfortunately, the service is still not recorded after a year so that eating lunchtime takes a long time and sometimes things (eg salad) are forgotten. It should be scheduled for at least one hour. Otherwise clear recommendation!

Was there during the lunch break. The menu offers a large selection of pizzas, pasta and salad. The pizza was fresh and delicious. Prices for lunch are fair - with drink so 8 €. Staff is friendly but a bit slow. Overall, very good

Long waited nice place with great price/performance ratio. Even though meals aren't the best (but still very good), you can't find a better place nearby.
